What are these requests per day? Every time you check a Twitter handle, you’re making a request. For example, if your plan includes 30 requests per day, you can check 30 different Twitter handles daily. If you check the same handle again, it won’t count as a new request.


Can I get a discount? Unfortunately, we pay for each request, and the cost per request is considerably high. However, as more users join, we’ll work on reducing costs to lower the final price.


What’s the difference between each plan? The main difference is the daily request limits for you or your server. However, each plan comes with exclusive benefits that may change over time.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime? Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Your new limits will apply immediately after the change.


Do unused requests roll over to the next day? No, daily request limits reset every 24 hours and do not accumulate.


Can I share my plan with others? Plans are meant for individual users or specific servers, depending on the subscription type. Sharing outside the intended use may result in limitations.


Is there a free version? Yes, there’s a free plan with limited daily requests in our Exton server. If you need more, you can upgrade to a paid plan.


What happens if I reach my daily limit? Once you hit your daily request limit, you’ll have to wait until the next reset to check more Twitter handles. If you need more requests, consider upgrading your plan.


Will my plan renew automatically? For now, no. You need to manually renew your plan each month. However, you’ll receive a notification when your plan is about to expire.


Can I cancel my plan at any time? Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


What payment methods do you accept? We accept crypto payments (ETH, SOL, and USDT).


Do you offer refunds? Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience any issues, reach out to our support team.
